Troubleshooting

Each response from the API contains a X-Partner-Request-ID header, which must uniquely identify the request/response and should be shared with Tote when reporting API issues. This enables Tote to identify the specific request and investigate potential issues more effectively.

By default, the X-Partner-Request-ID header is automatically generated. However, Partners have the option to manually override this ID by including their own X-Partner-Request-ID header in the request. Each ID must be unique for each request and is limited to alphanumeric characters, not exceeding 100 characters in length.

Partners may also provide an X-Partner-ID header in the request which should uniquely identify the Partner and should remain consistent across all requests to the API. This ID is also limited to alphanumeric characters, not exceeding 100 characters in length.
